Complete the online application form below and submit the once-off M100.00 application fee.
Review & Acceptance
The admissions team evaluates previous school records and confirms placement via SMS/WhatsApp.
Registration & Commitment
Pay the M200.00 registration and M450.00 book fee, and sign the parent fee commitment letter.
Room & Uniform Allocation
Boarders select rooms (first-come first-served) and collect tailored uniform sets ready for Day 1.

SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Compulsory to both students and parents. Discipline, cleanliness, and character shape excellence.
Uniform & Grooming
Correct uniform must be worn, neatly cleaned and ironed. Hair neatly cut/plaited and combed. No fancy hairstyles, coloring or hair gel.
Punctuality & Timing
Students must be present in the school by 6:45 a.m. Classes commence strictly at 7:00 a.m.
Language of Instruction
Students are expected to speak English at all times on the school premises.
75% Attendance Requirement
Compulsory to complete 75% attendance in the year to be eligible to sit for final examinations.
School Property & Cleanliness
Litter must be placed in dustbins. No writing or scratching on furniture or walls. Accidental damage must be reported immediately.
Prohibited Items
No chewing gum or chicklets. No fancy jewellery, expensive watches, earrings, nail polish or tattoos.
YELLOW CARD SYSTEM
Rigorous enforcement of academic and moral integrity
Discipline is enforced in the school through Remarks, Warning Letters and Yellow Card entry. All remarks must be signed immediately by the parent. After 3 similar remarks by the same teacher the parents are liable to be summoned by the Co-Ordinator/Principal. Further action as required may include a Yellow Card entry.
Yellow Card entries are made on the following grounds:
- Grave indiscipline or willful disobedience of school authorities
- Damage to school property or infrastructure
- Acts of violence or physical / verbal abuse against fellow students
- Using abusive or obscene language
- Absenteeism on the first & last day of the semester / break
- Accumulation of three (3) disciplinary warning remarks in student handbook
PARENT / GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT
It is our belief that parental involvement in each child's education plays a crucial role in their overall academic performance. At The Porch English Medium School we hold quarterly meetings with each parent and their child to give parents each child's academic profile where strengths, weaknesses are shared with them and possible remedial actions are recommended.
